Details of the offer

To implement Human Resource procedures / policies and oversee the overall Human Resource, Admin. & Account functions for the company.- To handle staff disciplinary, counselling and grievances, as well as other employee relation matters.- Manage and monitor payroll administration to ensure accuracy of monthly salary payment as well as all statutory requirements are met and compiled with.- Responsible on employee's performance appraisal and KPI.- Perform ad-hoc or any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time- Oversee bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank transactions.- Performing day to day accounting operations especially Account Payable part.- Responsible to liaise with banker, auditor, company secretary, tax agents and other statutory bodies.**Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management/Accounting or equivalent.- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experiences.- Positive attitude.- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English- Good communication skill and problem-solving skill.- Computer knowledge - good in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Benefit:- Company Activies such as Annual Dinner and Company Trip- Fun & Relax Environment- Evening exercise with all staff incuding CEO company- Got Merchandise Product from company every month.- Got company challenge every month that get BIG rewards.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human resources & Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
