Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions such as recruitment, probation, compensation & benefits, payroll, training & development, employee relations and industrial relations.- Issuing letter offer and contract of services.- Revise job description for all management according to assigned department.- To assist and participate in Annual Performance review, Annual Salary Increment and Bonus.- Handle all HR matters, labour disputes, grievances & misconduct, including issuing of warning letter, termination letter, etc.- To maintain up to date and accurate employee data and records to Personnel Files.- To assist buy air ticket request by management or director.- To arrange meeting request by management and record minutes of meeting.- General admin task and ad-hoc assignment as assigned.- Failing and documentation.REQUIREMENTS**- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Must be Computer literate- Well verse in Labour Law, Industrial Relations Act and any other Law and Act abide by Malaysian Government.- Possess own transport and willing to travel to authorities when needed.- Resourceful, independent and able to work under pressure.- Possess positive work attitude, strong work ethic and well organized.- Good time management in order to complete tasks assigned.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,550.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
