**Job Summary**We are looking for an assistant who is able to assist in carrying out HR operations and administration duties. You are required to work closely with the HR team for any execution and communication as it related to some HR projects.**Responsibilities**:- Assist in the full spectrum of groups human resource management functions which cover the development of Recruitment, Compensation and Benefit (Including Payroll), Leave Management, Attendance Management, Performance Management, Training & Development Administration, Employee Engagement, Industrial Relations and other HR Administration matters.- Verify monthly employee claim submissions.- To assist in employee's onboarding and offboarding process.- To prepare correspondence letters for employee's movement.- Monitor and update for expatriate/foreign worker permit renewal.- Maintain and update employee's personnel information/records, including maintenance of the attendance and leave records.- Coordinate & participate in HR projects (i.e. system integration).- Manage and attend to all queries from employees.- Maintain a positive employee relationship, coordinate the relationship between employees and management.- Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the Management.**Job Requirements**- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.- Good personality skills that enable interacting with people with various personalities.- Willing to work at Sri Hartamas.- One (1) full-time position available.- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Can you speak Mandarin?
