System knowledge : Infotech System, UBS System (will be advantaged)- Perform full spectrum of payroll functions including payroll calculation, allowances, claims, overtime payment.- Participating in preparation for training onboarding staff- Handle all staff employment data, personal data, statutory data, company directory, organizational charts- Accountability for monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate disbursement and maintaining company EPF, SOCSO, HRDF and LHDN- Develop and maintain procedures in collaboration with other department managers for all areas of HR & Administration Management.- Perform full spectrum of purchasing including doing purchasing order, order form, payment requisition for supplier.- Dealing with supplier, research potential supplier for greater services and help to lower purchasing cost.**REQUIREMENT**- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in human resource, business administration or relevant field.- At least 1-2 years' experience in the related field is required.- Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment and Payroll).- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Infotech and UBS System.- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa.- Good interpersonal skills.- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.- Able to work as team player and under pressure.**What we OFFER?- Medical Claim- Compensate Leave- Marriage Leave- Complete training- Great employee packages**What do we provide for you?- Educational Support are on usReady to start a meaningful and rewarding career with us?**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)Expected Start Date: 07/24/2023
