**Main duties: -**- HR General works- Arrange part time staff for clinics- To assisting part time Doctor- Assist in payroll preparation (Locum staff/doctor) by providing relevant data and calculate.- To purchase flight & accommodation, hostel arrangement for employees- To maintain and update leave record of all employees in duty roster.- To key in all locum doctor personal details in Emplx system.- To handle Microsoft team user creation and maintain up to date records.- To checking on employee claims and bonding funds.- To prepare monthly welcoming & departure memo for employees.- To maintain up to date records for all staff training exercises- To assist the overall Human Resources Department with the smooth and efficient running of the Department, ensuring that all the company policies and procedures outlined in the Operation Manual are strictly adhered to- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)- To perform any other task, assign by superior or persons assigned by him/her from time to time**Requirements**:- **Working Location: O2 Ayer Itam Penang**:- **Working Hours: 8.30am -5.30pm**:- **Salary: RM 2000-RM 2500**:- **Proven experience as an HR Generalist OR C&B**2. Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.3. **At least 2** Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. With IT/HR background or experience is preferable.4. Required Skill(s): Benefit & Compensation, Organizational & time management skills,5.
