LIST OF TASK/RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage timesheets for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing.
-Develop and oversee a recruitment process including reviewing job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams,
participate in interviewing candidates and ensure that documentation is collected and recorded/filed.
-Evaluate the need for employee training and development and make recommendations.
-Annually review the Personnel Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labour laws.
-Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews.
-Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
-Investigate employee relations issues &work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair.
-Coordinate with Accounts team in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
-Support financial activities such as managing expenses and coordinating payroll-related documentation.
-Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS - Human Resources Assistance - Have 0 -2 years experience in related field.
-Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in management or human Resources or other relevant fields.
-Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
-Labor Relations certification – may be advantageous.
-Well experienced in dealing with statutory bodies, Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK) and another related department. Must be familiar with Statutory payment process.
-Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Hr software and other relevant softwares.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Able to work independently. Team player.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
-Possess Class "D" or class "B license.
