Job Description Open Position: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), (Regional MNC Company) A Regional MNC company in Malaysia is looking for Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office. You will be responsible in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.     Key responsibilities include:   Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees Collaborate with Head of Department of HR to develop policies, strategies, programs, and solutions Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues such as disciplinary, grievances by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, compensation review, manage onboarding Initiate, plan and execute HR strategies as well as manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally   If you are interested, please send your CV to ******   for a confidential discussion.       Visit us at  www.btcrecruitment.com  today.
