Human Resource Executive

Job Overviews:We are looking for an HR executive to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.Job Descriptions:Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and/ or other issuesAdministering benefits, compensation and performance appraisal system that drives high performanceEnsures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.To handle all disciplinary & IR issues/disputes, including investigation, disciplinary action, suspension and termination of employment.Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing for the Group, maintain accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metricsOther ad hoc human resource and administration task may be added from time to time.Job Requirements:At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Possess a high level of integrity with good leadership, consultative and negotiation skillsAble to communicate effectively with all levels in the organizationGood understanding of related statutory legislation includes Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial RelationsGood interpersonal skills and resourceful in problem solving with the ability to work independently.Familiar with KPI setting, monitoring and reviewMeticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, EnglishAble to work under pressure????:????: RM3,500.00?RM4,500.00(?? )**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- Bahasa (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Johor Bahru (required)Ability to Relocate:- Johor Bahru: Relocate before starting work (required)
