Requirements:
- Assist in handling the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, compensation & benefits.
- Manage staff attendance for payroll to ensure all the payroll activities and results are compliant with company policies and statutory requirements.
- To plan, implement business and sales strategies to meet the overall targeted outcomes set by the Company.
- Prepare monthly report.
- Coordinate the processing all necessary HR related documentation.
- Perform monthly statutory contribution.
- Conduct employee orientation and assist in recruitment activities.
- Update and maintain accurate personnel record and proper filing system.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Able to speak and write in English, Malay and Mandarin
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Honest, ethical, and dependable
- Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
- 1 year of management experience in HR or related field
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Excel and HR software programs
- A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees
regarding all HR matters
- Preferably Chinese (female)
