Human Resource Executive

Prepare job offer letter and appointment letter and prepare relevant documents for new employee.- Create and update employees personal file, to verify the document of newly joined employees and input employees detail in the system and notifying Payroll, Reporting Department pertaining new join staff.- To update HR Executive and Manager on all issues, decisions and communication with any external party within the plant or external party.- Filling of documents and maintain proper personal filling system. To actively attend to quires from branches and external parties.- Employee shift arrangement and checking working hour every end of the month- Ensure all above letters issued and signed by employee and notified payroll.**Job Requirements**- Degree in Human Resources / Psychology or equivalent with minimum 2 years of working experience- Postgraduate or Diploma in Training and Human Development and/or Certificate in Training Competency will be an added advantage- High learning agility to cope with the fast pace of change environment- Demonstrate leadership ability to lead projects- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with all levels of associates- Experience in conducting F&B production's staff schedules and etc.**Report job****Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Kepong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)- Human Resources Management: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English,Bahasa (preferred)
