Human Resource Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process- Utilize recruitment metrics and data to analyse trends and enhance recruitment strategies- Participate in recruitment events and collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment content for social media channels and other communication platforms- Assist with other HR functions as and when needed**Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role is necessary- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills- Proven excellent organizational and time management abilities- Thorough knowledge of labour laws and regulations in Malaysia is essential- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) are required, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred- Availability and willingness to undertake any additional ad hoc tasks as neededPay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)Expected Start Date: 05/02/2024
