Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Primary responsibility is to work with Senior Manager of Support Services to promote and support the current and future business operation. Monday to Friday office hours Responsibilities: Manage recruitment activities including job postings, screening and scheduling, and conducting interviews. Handle onboarding and offboarding activities. Handle staff confirmation, movement, and promotion. Process monthly overtime claims and eClaims, ePayroll and CPF. Handle yearly tax submission and adhoc tax celarance for foreign employees. Administer eLeave, group insurance renewal and claims. Consolidate government paid leaves for claim submissions. Draft memos and communicate with employees on HR matters. Handle events such as Teachers' Day Celebration, Staff Retreat, etc Track and follow up on confirmation appraisal. Handle yearly performance appraisal exercise. Liaise with government agencies on required submission such as MOM Labour Survey, Absentee Payroll, etc. Prepare HR reports for monthly HOD meetings Requirements: Possess minimum one year of relevant experience Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
