Human Resource Executive

**Position: Human Resource Executive****Salary: RM2,800 - RM3,000****Working Hours: Saturday - Thursday (9.00AM - 6.00PM)****Location: Ketereh, Kelantan****Job Descriptions**:- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs, and provide support for employee training and development initiatives.- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.- Assist in the management of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.- Act as a resource for employees on HR-related topics and provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices.- Manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance and support for performance improvement efforts.- Administer employee benefits, and compensation, and ensure they are compliant with labor laws and regulations.- Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure effective HR support and alignment with overall business goals.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including personnel files, employee data, and performance metrics.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
