Human Resource Executive

**Position**: HR Executive**Salary**: RM2,500 - RM3,000**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday (8.30AM - 5.30PM), Saturday (8.30AM - 1.30PM)**Location**: No 5A, Jalan Ainsdale 1/5, Bandar Ainsdale, 70200 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and ensure they are compliant with labor laws and regulations.- Assist in the management of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs, and provide support for employee training and development initiatives.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including personnel files, employee data, and performance metrics.- Manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance and support for performance improvement efforts.- Act as a resource for employees on HR-related topics and provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices.- Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure effective HR support and alignment with overall business goals.- Responsibilities involving administrative duties, as well as various ad-hoc tasks as needed.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
