KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TOJD role not limited to TSC's and/or associate silica beneficiation companies;:- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;- Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR Unit;- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies);- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment,training, grievances, performance evaluations etc);- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes;- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc);- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees;- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-widemeetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations;- Assist in preparing statutory payments which is part of payroll and liaise with statutory bodies;- Payroll processing and staff details record up keeping in EPR Ramco system;- Obliged to Company's policy and regulation.- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries;- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation;- Assist in the recruitment process;- Liaise with recruitment agencies;- Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence;- Helping draw up plans for future personnel needs;- Counselling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally;- Communicate effectively with cross shift;Learning and Development- Liaising with Head of Departments and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assesstraining and development needs;- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop programs to improve existing staff performance andconducting job evaluation surveys;- Support the delivery of learning programs by sourcing, promoting, administering, and evaluating trainingprograms and other initiatives;- Maintain accurate training records and databases to meet compliance requirements or to producerelevant training reports;- Manage Training Budget by plan and execute internal, external and public training as per yearly trainingplan;- To coordinate, organise, plan & communicate with internal/external trainers and employees to ensuredelivery of learning programs are met;- Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees;- Create learning and development programs and initiatives to provide development opportunities foremployees;- Post-workshop evaluations and analysis;- LinkedIn Learning exposure, knowledge in creating pathways and assigning, creating content &campaigns;- Ensure participation registration; prepare all the necessary training material, training venue and trainingtools;- Facilitate registration of HRDC for training programmes;- Follow up on HRDC reimbursement process (need to submit relevant attendance list etc);- Keep records on attendance (attendance list), coverage of training programs and the staff trainingprogress in line with ISO standards;- Measure effectiveness of training programme using training evaluation form;- Obtain feedback using different methods to improve training quality and effectiveness;- Have prompt and regular follow-ups on training programs delivered to evaluate training effectiveness;- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and provide recommendations for improvement;- Manage completion report of all learning activities for compliance related and non-compliance relatedtraining;- Facilitate induction program for newcomers;- Hosting and facilitation of learning specific topics and group engagement activities for the newcomers;- Implementing, advising on and monitoring appraisal schemes;- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 06/05/2024
