Human Resource Executive

Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees- Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases- Managing employee benefits and compensation packages- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management- Assisting with end-to-end _payroll_ processing and administrationPay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Application Deadline: 05/29/2024Expected Start Date: 06/04/2024
