**Requirements**:- At least 1 -2 years of working experience in relevant field- Immediate availability to commence work is preferred and considered advantageous- Conduct roll call and maintain attendance records for all Regional Staff.- Update records for Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Emergency Leave, and Time-Off for Regional Staff.- Oversee recruitment processes for East Coast Regions staff.- Prepare official correspondence including Letters of Appointment, Show Cause Letters, Warning Letters, and Termination Letters.- Analyze and summarize Daily and Weekly Reports from Regional Staff for submission to Corp. HR.- Manage matters related to statutory bodies and legal issues on behalf of the Company and Staff.- Maintain Recruitment & Resignation (R&R) lists for East Coast Regions.- Verify and compile monthly staff claims, allowances, and benefits.- Ensure completeness of documents for monthly claims approval.- Distribute salary slips to staff members.- Maintain a database of staff competency licenses and certificates.- Coordinate staff appraisals and performance evaluations.- Identify, arrange, and coordinate training programs for Regional Staff.- Organize accommodation and transportation arrangements for Regional Staff based on weekly schedules.- Update Staff database for East Coast Regions.- Address daily HR operational issues in accordance with policies and procedures.- Manage Employee Relations and disciplinary matters.- Maintain and update personal files.- Prepare revised Organizational Charts for the Regional Office.- Develop Job Descriptions (JD) for new appointees.- Conduct monthly HR briefings for Regional Staff.- Undertake any additional duties as required by management.**Job Location**- Kota Baharu, Kelantan**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
