Human Resource (Hr) Officer

1. Have a clear understanding of your employer's business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies that support them. 2. Providing counseling on policies and procedures 3. Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisement and managing the hiring process from end to end process 4. Develop training and development programs from end to end process (analyze training needs in conjunction with company needs) 5. Assist in performance management processes 6. Manage payroll from end to end process 7. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues from end to end process 8. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance 9. Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees 10.
