Human Resource Internship

JOB DESCRIPTION:- Forming and maintaining employee records- Update databases internally, such as AL, UPL,MC, maternity leave- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e employment contracts and recruitment guides such as company handbook & induction.- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, holiday, sick days taken, OT, time off.- Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses- Any other duties or tasks deemed fit directed by the immediate superior or appointed by the immediate superior.**Job Type**: Internship**Salary**: RM300.00 per monthSchedule:- Early shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Jitra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
