JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform full spectrum of Human Resource functions
Development of an employee oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance
Ensure Company policies are compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, and regulations
Manage the development of the annual division budget
Manage recruitment and selection activities, develop stragetic workforce plan and retention strategies
Ensure workforce financial and other incentives are optimized and cost effective with market based comparisons
Lead the HR team to create, develop, implement and evaluate all HR systems, practices, policies and procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Good interpersonal skills and able to build rapport with all levels of staff
Project management skills to drive, collaborate with fellow HR team and other business units to make things happen
Able to ideate HR approach and perspective to deal with bsuiness and people challenges
