**Responsibilities**:Human Resources ManagerWe are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.- To lead the Group HR department and to ensure the daily smooth runningof the HR operations.- Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, systems, tactics and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and/ or other issues- Administering benefits, compensation and performance appraisal systemthat drives high performance- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations,maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.- To handle all disciplinary & IR issues/disputes, including investigation, disciplinary action, suspension and termination of employment.- Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing for the Group, maintain accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics- Other ad hoc human resource and administration task may be added fromtime to time.Job Requirements:Management or Business Management related discipline.- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required forthis position.- Possess a high level of integrity with good leadership, consultative and negotiation skills- Able to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization- Good understanding of related statutory legislation includes EmploymentAct, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial Relations- Good interpersonal skills and resourceful in problem solving with the abilityto work independently.- Familiar with KPI setting, monitoring and review- Meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output.- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Benefits
