Talent Acquisition and Recruitment**:- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the smartphone services industry.- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.**2. Employee Relations and Engagement**:- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and foster a positive work culture.- Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.**3. Training and Development**:- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both internally and externally.- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.- Provide career development support and opportunities for employees to enhance their professional growth within the organization.**4. Compensation and Benefits Administration**:- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to compensation and benefits.- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries and issues.**5.
