**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Assisting the HR Department in human resource related activities within the workplace.- Assisting with clerical duties related to filling, data key-in, personnel information and employee documentation.- Assisting in recruitment process such as scheduling interviews, shortlisting, interviewing and etc.- Assisting in tracking and maintain employee records.- Able to provide solutions and take initiative in resolving relevant issue.- To assist in pre-employment preparation and employee onboarding process.- To update photos, vacancy listing and relevant updates in social media such as LinkedIn and Facebook- To assist in special projects as and when required- Prepare for any ad-hoc tasks when necessary- Supports the HR Department on all related administrative tasks- Assists with training and onboarding activities- Required to travel when needed (claim will be provided**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Admin or any other related fields- Able to speak Malay and English- Minimum 1 year experiences- Possess own transport (motorcycle or car)- Able to work at Subang Jaya**Working Hours**:- Monday to Friday (9.00AM-6.00PM)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)Work Remotely:- No
