Human Resources & Admin Manager (Full Time

Responsible for full spectrum of HR Management & Administration.- Administering and managing human resource plans for the Group.- Developing & implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.- Managing the recruitment and selection process including the recruitment for foreign workers.- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.- Responsible and monitoring the HR team in term of payroll, statutory payment, disciplinary matters and the whole daily HR tasks.- Monitor the renewal of foreign workers' passport and ensure the passport and permit is up to date.- Monitor the renewal of all agreements with landlords which is related to business activities- Liaise with government agencies and other statutory body.- To handle any ad-hoc duties and functions when required by management.**Job Requirements**:- Proven experience as HR position.- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Studies, Human Resources or other relevant field.- At least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing industries.- Familiarity of Labour Law.- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Problem solving and decision making attitude.- Good ethics and reliability.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
