Details of the offer

• To perform day to day Human Resource generalist duties.
• To manage and monitor employees’ attendance and leave record.
• To prepare HR correspondence letter.
• To maintain proper filling system for staff personal records.
• To assist in organizing staff activities or event.
• To manage outsource staff attendance and payment verification.
• Assist in employee insurance renewal & company insurance matters.
• Responsible for insurance claims, EPF, Socso claims in the timely & orderly manner.
• Responsible for Hotel’s WOW Rewards program.
• To perform any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information is mandatory.
• Knowledge in Employment Act & Industry Relations Law.
• Require language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Skills: Computer literate and Microsoft office.
