Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/Fresh Graduate in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): good spoken and written English and Malay. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior/Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s)
Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll summary, which includes ensuring attendance, sick time, OT’s, employments & resignations are tracked in the system.
- Answering payroll questions.
- Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors.
- Record Maintenance.
- Maintaining current HR files and databases.
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
- Maintaining records related to grievances (EL/MC), performance reviews, and disciplinary.
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
- Maintaining staff records, PPE, medical.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
