Human Resources Business Analyst (Hybrid)

**Human Resources Support**:- Collaborate with the Singapore HR team to assist in various HRIS activities- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism- Generate custom reports and analytics to support HR and business needs- Accurately input and update employee information in Workday- Document Policies for the organization and update it regularly on company portal- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Efficiently organize and manage data to support various business functions- Generate reports and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail- Conduct regular system checks to maintain data accuracy**Work Qualifications**:- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role- Strong written & verbal communication with interpersonal skills- Additional experience in Human Resources is highly desirable- Familiarity with Workday software is an added advantage- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks- Strong communication and interpersonal skills**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM4,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)- Human resources: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Ability to Commute:- Klang (required)
