Human Resources Business Partner (Hrbp)

**Responsibilities**:Work in collaboration with the business leaders of the function and their teams to drive people and organization performanceRespond in a timely manner to employee relation matters including attending to grievances and disciplinary-related matters and ensure a fair resolution is attained for all parties.Responsible for managing and providing support for the alignment of all HR-related processes, policies, and procedures with the business unit and best practicePrepare a timely and accurate monthly and annual report on talent management and employee turnover and etc.Conduct analysis and effective engagement for new hires & internal employeesProvide expert and technical advice and guidance to the business and to the wider HR team to ensure HR services are cost-efficient, effective, and compliant with best practice/legislation and regulatory standard**Requirements**:Good Command in EnglishMinimum 3 years experience as a HR generalist focusing on Talent Acquisition and Industrial Relations with broad knowledge and experience in Malaysia Employment Laws, Reward, Workforce Planning, Learning, and DevelopmentPossess business acumen, sound judgment, and able to work independentlyExcellent interpersonal & communication skills with a great sense of urgencyJob FeaturesJob Category Human Resources
