**Human Resources Executive****Key Responsibilities**:**Recruitment**:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications for open positions.- Facilitate interview debrief sessions and provide feedback to hiring managers.- Participate in job fairs and networking events to enhance the organization's employer brand.**Onboarding**:- Develop and enhance the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.- Coordinate and oversee the administrative aspects of the onboarding process, including paperwork, benefits enrollment, and orientation.- Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company's culture, values, policies, and procedures.- Partner with relevant departments to ensure new hires have the necessary resources and tools to succeed in their roles.**Training and Development**:- Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to design and implement effective training programs.- Create training materials, resources, and presentations for various training initiatives.- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.**Staff Events and Engagement**:- Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, workshops, and recognition programs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute company-wide events.- Develop and maintain an engaging and inclusive work environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging.- Monitor employee satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies.**HR Administration**:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation related to recruitment, onboarding, and training.- Assist in HR-related administrative tasks, such as drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and HR policies.- Contribute to the development of HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's goals.**Qualifications and Skills**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff events coordination.
