Human Resources Executive

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs, and provide support for employee training and development initiatives.- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.- Assist in the management of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.- Act as a resource for employees on HR-related topics and provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices.- Manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance and support for performance improvement efforts.- Administer employee benefits, and compensation, and ensure they are compliant with labor laws and regulations.- Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure effective- HR support and alignment with overall business goals.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including personnel files, employee data, and performance metrics**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Pasir Mas (required)Ability to Relocate:- Pasir Mas: Relocate before starting work (required)
