Specific**Responsibilities**:1. Responsible for local, foreign workers & Expatriate Division recruitment & affairs.- Conduct interview & selection for recruitment at exempt staffs & non-exempt staff (Technical position).- Handling in employment matters pertaining to documents preparation, personal file maintenance, system and registration of Insurance, Panel Medical, Government statutory, etc- Liaise with all HODS pertaining employee progression such as confirmation, contract renewal and job description by issue out the Employee Movement or Job Description form to HOD.- Dealing with outsourcing recruitment agent on the sub-cont employees.- Liaises with agent for Expatriate affairs, renewal, interviewing, projection2. Responsible in Training & Development planning- Annual training plan (Training Needs Analysis), preparing & implementing training plan, and analyze training effectiveness, including data entry to individual training record.- Schedule & conduct the Orientation program to new hires- To register training program with HRDF and follow up for its reimbursement (HRDC)- .Monitor maintenance of filing training records and preparation of training report follow the Training SOP and ISO procedure.3. Responsible in monthly attendances:- Data entry new employee for some Exempt Staff & Non Exempt staffs (Technical position) from hiring up to resignation of the employee.- Fully responsibility for attendances sub-cont workers.- Prepare weekly OT & monthly attendances (Titan Entity)- Monthly lateness report.4. Assist in general affair such as employee badge, transportation, uniform and etc when it necessary.5. Assist in employees minor disciplinary issue & counselling when necessary.6. Prepare on annual performance review process when needed.7. Accountability and responsible to ensure the HR document / system / procedure / employees record / agreement are proper filling & meet the ISO procedure & customer requirement8. Liaise and entertain government body visit such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, Labor Office, JKKP and etc on employees or company matters, including external audit by customers.9. Ensure positive employee relation and harmony working environment which implement the employee welfare, counseling, advising and problem solving when necessary.10.
