Human Resources Executive

Job Scope1. Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.2. Oversees the daily workflow of the department.3. Manage the HR operation of the company.4. Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.5. Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.6. Advise Management on HR-related matters.7. Manage payroll administration for the company.8. Develop employee engagement programs & activities to retain internal talent.9. Oversees and monitor certain departments which are Operations, Marketing, Sales, and HR10. Gather all the reports from other departments and send them to the Director (weekly & monthly)11.
