Responsibilities
• Recruit workers and advertise job openings• Review job applications and schedule interviews• Conduct background checks and make job offers• Orient new employees and provide identification cards• Handle employee welfare and organize team building activities• Assist in labor relations and disciplinary matters• Conduct performance evaluations every six months• Update organizational charts and employee counts• Prepare management review and action plans• Propose business review meetings for HR department
Requirements
• Familiarity with TS16949/QS 9000/ISO 9001 standards• Ability to review overtime and leave applications• Strong organizational and communication skills• Experience in recruitment and employee relations• Knowledge of performance evaluation methods• Ability to propose and implement campaigns• Attention to detail and adherence to guidelines
