Human Resources Executive

Working location**:SHAH ALAM TRANSFER STATION** LOT 981, JALAN 21/1K, SEKSYEN 21, 40000 SHAH ALAM, SELANGORWorking hour: Mon - Fri (8.30 am - 5.30 pm) & Sat (8.30am - 1.00pm)**Responsibilities**:- Assist to provide HR advice and services to business leaders/managers on HR functional areas relating to local hiring, compensation & benefits, succession management, performance management, and people development- Investigate and manage disciplinary cases and conduct domestic inquiry (DI) when needed- Mediate labor disputes and grievances.- Ensure Employee Relations and Industrial matters are managed effectively with mínimal risk to the Company- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned**Requirement**:- Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in HRM or equivalent- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IR / ER- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines- Able to manage a challenging and diverse customer base- Self-motivated, pragmatic and result oriented**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
