Position: HR Executive**Salary**: RM2,500 - RM3,000Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30AM - 5.30PM), Saturday (8.30AM - 1.30PM)Location: No 5A, Jalan Ainsdale 1/5, Bandar Ainsdale, 70200 Seremban, Negeri SembilanSocial Media:**Responsibilities**:1) Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are aligned withcompany goals and objectives.2) Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring newemployees.3) Administer employee benefits, compensation, and ensure they are compliant with labor lawsand regulations.4) Assist in the management of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, anddisciplinary actions.5) Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs, and provide support for employeetraining and development initiatives.6) Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including personnel files,employee data, and performance metrics.7) Manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance and support forperformance improvement efforts.8) Act as a resource for employees on HR-related topics and provide advice and guidance onHR policies, procedures, and practices.9) Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure effective HRsupport and alignment with overall business goals.10) Responsibilities involving administrative duties, as well as various ad-hoc tasks as needed.**Requirements**:1.
