**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the day to day HR operational activities which including payroll management, recruitment, performance management, training and development, disciplinary and counseling, leave management and employee relation.- To handle full spectrum of payroll processing and administration.- Dealing with Government departments such as Socso claim, liaise with Immigration department on recruiting of foreign workers.- To assist in developing and ensuring the compliance of the Company's policies, procedures and rules and regulations by the employees.- To organize proper record keeping and filing of staff correspondences and documents.- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes.- To organize staff's activities in order to foster good working relationship amongst staff.- To oversee general administrative tasks performed by administrative staff.- To handle any ad-hoc projects as-and-when assigned by the management.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or its equivalent.- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in HR.- Well verse in Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act and other related legislation.- Preferably with experience in using payroll software.
