HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVEJob Description Process and manage payroll functions including salary calculation, attendance tracking accurately in a timely manner and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Administer employee benefits, including  insurance claim, service award and retirement.
Managing Human Resource System (I-payroll) to maintain accurate employee records, data input and generate reports.Perform monthly statutory payments, monthly reports and update government website.
Oversee day to day office operations and provide administrative support to all departments.
Requirements Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance or Business Admin or Human Resources or equivalent.Experience in Human Resources and General Admin at least 4 years.Skills & knowledge in Ms Office (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)Proven experience in HR, administration and payroll.Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
