Human Resources Internship

Establishing the employer's branding on social media such as XHS, LinkedIn and other job portals;- Maintaining the records of the current HR files and databases;- Updating and maintaining employees' employment status and similar records;- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained;- Participating in recruitment efforts;- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process;- Ensuring the fulfilment of the hiring needs on time;- Any other tasks assigned by the superior.**Job Requirement**:- At least 3 months internship duration is preferred;- Computer literate and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.- Quick learner, detail-oriented and responsible person.- Language Required: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be an added advantage.- Applicants must possess their **own transport**.**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 3 months**Salary**: RM800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
