The Human Resource Manager is a strategic partner responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the hotel. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.Duties & Responsibilities;**1.** **Human Resources Quality Services**- Ensure that the hotel's ISO Quality Management System is in place through updating and co-ordinating quality records.- Disseminate information on ISO Quality Management System to all staff of Ming Garden Hotel & Residences ISO Awareness Talk.- Review and distribute all quality documents in Ming Garden Hotel & Residences.- Inspect individual guest contact areas and submit such reports to Director of Human Resources.- Assist the Director of Human Resources to set and achieve targets and goals.- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Director of Human Resource.**1.** **Pre-Employment**- To involve in manpower planning and control manpower budget.- To liaise with Advertising Agency on recruitment agency.- To conduct interviews.**1.** **During Employment**- To brief 1st day kit for executive employees.- To involve in conducting employment benefits during orientation.- To involve in handling ad-hoc projects like Career Talks, Anniversary Celebrations etc.- To involve in human resource reports and surveys.- To ensure all personal records and personnel system are updated.- To take charge of quarterly in-house newsletter and monthly e-orchidia.- To involve and review on staff movement eg. promotion/transfer & re-designation/salary adjustment.- To involve and review staff recognition program eg. Stars of MMS, Executive of the Quarter.- To handle staff disciplinary, counseling and board of inquiry (BOI).- To assist the Director of Human Resource in managing the daily activities of all personnel matters in the absence of DHR.**1.** **Post-Employment**- To handle resignation, termination and dismissal.- To conduct exit interview.- To prepare cancellation of employment pass letters.**1.** **To involve in planning and implementing of programmes that serves to improve the overall wellness of the employees.****2.** **Any other duties as assigned by Director of Human Resource.****Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: RM2,364.59 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)- Human Resources Management: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kota Kinabalu (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kota Kinabalu: Relocate before starting work (required)
