**Job Introduction**:The HR Manager, South East Asia, supports Graymont to deliver it's global hr strategy and tactics, operating as a valued strategic business partner to the Asia Pacific/South East Asia leadership, enabling the capability and culture required of strategy.Malaysia - Regional Office**Our Role**Working in partnership with senior leadership in Southeast Asia, you will ensure the effective delivery of HR services to the business, the regional implementation of Graymont's global people and culture related initiatives, and the continual development of our teams, leaders, and people.**Key focus areas the role will include**:- Coach and support our people managers in best practice HR solutions.- Manage direct reports to ensure relevant, practical and timely advisory support is provided to operational sites.- Implement strategic HR initiatives to develop capability and reinforce our culture.- Implement culture, leadership, and behavioral development initiatives, including coaching of effective leadership teams, to align culture with strategy.- Support our operations managers to successfully negotiate collective agreements.- Providing advice on and helping managers to manage employee relations and disciplinary matters, including performance management, grievances, and investigations.- Project manage HR projects and the roll out of HR communications and initiatives.- Providing advice on, and review and implement, HR policies and procedures.- Implement and manage people-related processes to deliver organizational effectiveness.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders in providing efficient and streamlined HR support and advice.- Provide insight and commercially astute solutions when advising on business projects and activities.- Actively contribute to business performance as part of the Southeast Asia, Regional Management Team- Effective strategic HR business partnering delivered to enable business performance and growth activities.- Organizational capability developed by ensuring all departments implement appropriate talent attraction, retention and development plans.- Organizational culture initiatives implemented.- Continuous improvement adopted in key facets of people leadership and management.- HR projects are delivered to enhance organizational effectiveness and better enable business as usual and growth-related activities.- Problem solving and issue identification through analysis and facilitation- Good judgement and ability to work and connect with people, maintaining confidentiality and develop effective working relationships with othersThis is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional with exposure to coaching people managers. You will enjoy leading and developing others, with strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
