Immediate Hiring - Recovery Officer

**IMMEDIATE HIRING****Job Descriptions & Responsibilities**:- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts- Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status- Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments- Contact customers and negotiate on recovery plan.- Perform product monthly collection.**Qualification**- School leavers & fresh graduates are encouraged to apply- A committed individual, fast learner & willing to learn- Excellent communication and people skills- Able to work collectively in a team- Able to work under pressure & mínimal supervision- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English, other languages are added advantage**Benefits**:- Salary range: RM 1,500.00 - RM 3,000.00- Commissions (from RM 4,000.00 up to RM 6,000.00)- Cash incentives up to RM 1,000.00- EPF, SOCSO, EIS- One to one & on-job training will be provided**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent**Working hours**: Monday - Friday & alternate Saturdays, 9:00 am - 6:30 pm**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus
