Import And Export Executive

Handle all import and export related shipments and deliveries;- Prepare import and export shipping documents;- Perform data entry and maintain documentation related to shipping activities;- Communicate and liaise with various departments and suppliers to ensure smooth arrangement for all shipments;- Coordinate with shipping / forwarding agents;- Coordinate with certification centre and insurance company;- Update and maintain shipping schedule reports;**Requirements**:- Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent;- Minimum 1 year of working experiences in relevant field;- Familiar with Export and Import rules and regulation;- Positive Attitude and Self-Motivation;- Meticulous and Proactive;- Able to work independently under minimum supervision, in a team, meet deadlines, meticulous and multi task- Able to work under pressure- Proficient in written and spoken English, Malay, Mandarin.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary
