Import Manager

Responsibilities:- Handling agent enquiry and provide quotation for door delivery shipment (DDU/DDP/DAP).- Handling agent door delivery shipment and contact consignee for appointment letter (if require).- Followup documents with overseas agent for door delivery shipment (CIPL, BL and Certificate of origin).- Prepare payment voucher to finance department to prepare payment to vendor such as forwarding agent and transporter.- Attend problem which related to customs issue, transporter, freight forwarder or customers.- Follow up with agent if received incomplete document such as DN / CN / CIPL.- Backup Billing team when billing coordinator absent.- Prepare Import DDU / DAP Shipment report- Filing rates with agent for sales for freight forwarder enquiry.- Handling and monitor shipment for Import for freight forwarder.- Do Costing and billing for Import Jobs (agent door delivery shipment, sales nomination and clearance jobs).- Post charges and close jobs at ERP system.**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
