Import Specialist / Export Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:To assist Sales Manager and Sales Executive in corresponding, coordinating and collaborating with various customer's inquires and problem.- Prepare sales contract/sales order.- Provide sales support and coordination such as preparing of sales quotation.- To provide on-time, polite, intelligent and attentive customer service all the time.- To coordinate with production and shipping department in scheduling and booking shipment.- Follow up with customer such as payment & agent details.- Follow-up and monitor sales activities.- Prepare sales reporting.- Update all customer buying record.- Prepare and file various sales documentation in a timely and orderly procedure.- Documentation includes Quotation, Performa Invoice, Packing List, BL, Talex.- Prepare cost analysis and certificate of origin to ship item to overseas.- Monitoring order customer time to time.- Key in project inquiry in data system.- Inform customer of unforeseen delays or problem.- Handle sales documents for manufacturing account.- Provide customer service to company customers and follow up with the company suppliers.- To coordinate with all department in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled on time.- Review and monitor set objectives and update KPIs monthly.- Provide admin support to the sales team- All other ad-hoc task been distributed from Sales Executive to Sales Manager.**Requirements**:- SPM/Diploma/Degree and preferable with technical background- Minimum 1 year work experience as a sales coordinator- Proficient in MS Office and SQL- Meticulous and keen to learn- Able to work under pressure.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
