In House Sales

**Job Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the fulfillment of all operational supports requests from retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient running of outlets daily operation.- To monitoring the sales performance- Responsible to lead the sales activities- Responsible for achieving allocated sales target- Receive customer order from company's phone such as whatsapp, call, message and etc- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections with customers- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results- Ensure smooth running of operations by working with Retail Sales & Operations Manager**Requirements**:- Malaysian- With or Without experience.- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in other dialects such as Mandarin, Tamil, and local dialects is an added advantage.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Well groomed, work hard and self efficient- Able to work in team and able to start work immediately**Job Type: Full Time (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am - 5pm)****Benefits : OT, EPF, Socso, Insurances, Allowance, Medical Allowances, Annual Leave****Location : No 119 Jalan Petaling 50000 KL****Salary**: RM1,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
