Browse our Business Development and Partnerships team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.**About the Team**:The team aims to provide best deals with the most attractive prices to our users via the Shopee Malaysia's Shocking Sale promotion / campaign.- Guide Sellers through a carefully designed onboarding program focused on proven strategies to succeed on Shopee- Identify high potential and strategic Sellers to grow- Support and educate Sellers on best operational and marketing practices- Identify products under assigned categories to drive various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required- Analyse data, reports and trends within the business development team**Requirements**:- A recognised degree in any field; experience in e-commerce industry will be an added advantaged- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply- Strong analytical skills (experience with Excel analysis necessary)- Strong interpersonal skills- Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly- Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) to better support and effectively communicate with all Shopee Sellers- Self-driven with strong business acumen and interest in accelerating growth- Open to flexible arrangements depending on campaign and business needs
