Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Indoor Sales Associate to join our team in Shah Alam. As an Indoor Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of used and fabricated shipping containers. This position involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer orders, and ensuring a seamless indoor sales experience.**Responsibilities**:1. Customer Engagement:- Proactively engage with customers to understand their requirements and promote our range of used and fabricated shipping containers.- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.2. Order Processing:- Collaborate with the sales team to process orders accurately and efficiently.- Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating closely with logistics operations.3. Communication:- Keep customers informed about order status, delivery times, and any relevant updates.- Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.4. Inventory Management:- Work closely with the inventory team to manage stock levels and ensure products are available for sale.- Optimize stock levels for efficient indoor sales operations.5. Sales Support:- Assist in sales-related tasks, including preparing quotes, invoices, and other documentation.- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.**Requirements**:1. Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.- At least 2 years of experience in indoor sales or sales coordination.2. Skills and Abilities:- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.- Creative problem-solving skills.3. Technical Skills:- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with sales and inventory management software.4. Industry Knowledge:- Knowledge of the shipping container industry or related fields is advantageous.5.
