Indoor Sales Coordinator

- To handle special assignments, projects, tenders, sourcing and acquiring.
- To handle / process sales order and to follow - up deliveries status.
- Orders and tracking on collections
- To liaise / correspond with buyers / sellers.
- To build strong relations with key account.
- Collaborating and work closely with Marketing and other Teams in providing accurate sales forecast and excellent customer service.
- Creative and sales oriented with good communication skills and strong command of English, both written and oral with pleasant personality as well.
- With interest in awareness of markets and financial implications.
- Excellent knowledge of competitors' product lines and ability to identify market segments and potential markets.
- Thorough knowledge of competitors' products and services.
- Physically fit with quick reflexes, mentally alert, good behavior, self-discipline, self-confident and resourceful.
- Ability to withstand criticism and irritated people.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision, good multi-tasking and time management, willingness to work extended hours if necessary to meet deadlines.
- Fresh graduated are encourage to apply.
- Knowing Autocount software, Wordperfect, Excel, Powerpoint and Autocad will be an added advantages.
