Industrial Purchaser / Purchaser

**Job Descriptions**:- Conduct product research and source for new suppliers and vendors.- Source for materials, goods, products, and services and negotiate for the best and cost-effective contracts and deals.- Perform inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.- Conduct market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.- Inspect the stocks and report any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.- Update and maintain the records of all orders, payments, and received stock.- Coordinate with the delivery team and follow up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.- Attend product launches and networking with industry professionals.- Establish professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.- Ensure all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.- Negotiation skills to work with suppliers and make better deals for the company.- Good attention to detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate- Good manage the warehouse reorder level and report.- Undertake any other ad-hoc assignment as instructed by the Superior.**Qualifications,Skills & Knowledge**:- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.- In-depth knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).- Hands-on experience with purchasing.- In-depth knowledge of supply chain procedures.- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis.- Great understanding of the market and current market trends.- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)- English (preferred)
