Responsibilities Provide guidance and support in resolving conflicts and managing interpersonal issues in the workplace.  Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality throughout the process. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to determine appropriate disciplinary measures. Document disciplinary actions and communicate outcomes to affected parties with sensitivity and professionalism. Coordinate the performance appraisal process and review appraisal results to identify strengths, and areas for improvement across the organization. Other ad hoc assignments/job functions assigned from time to time. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.  Proven experiences in a similar role, with a focus on industrial relations, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management within a diverse workforce. In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a commitment to fairness and equity. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
